Refund and Exchange Policy
Returns
Our return policy last for 5 days after delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 5 days have gone by since delivery. For your returned item to be accepted, it must remain unused and in the same condition as received with original packaging. To process your return, kindly send us an e-mail at customerservice@markangelstores.com with a proof of purchase or receipt.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, kindly send us an e-mail at customercare@markangelstores.com and mail your item to Ufot Clothings Nigeria Limited (UFCN), 1 Afaha Itam Road, Itam Industrial Layout Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Nigeria.
Shipping
To return your item, you should mail it to UFCN, however you will be responsible for your own shipping cost for the retuned item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund as the shipping cost is non-refundable.
When mailing a returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee the delivery of your returned item.
Refunds (If Applicable)
You will receive a notification email of the approval or rejection of your refund once your returned item is received and inspected. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Refunds Not Received (RNR)
If you are yet to receive your refund, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You should also contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you are still yet to receive your refund, please kindly send us an e-mail at customercare@markangelstores.com.
