Shipping rates vary depending on your location and are being calculated during checkout.

Processing Time

Please allow 2 – 4 business days for your order to be processed. The estimated delivery time excludes processing time. During festive sales or high – volume periods, processing time is between 4 – 7 days.

Pre-Order Items

Item listed as “Pre-Order” begins processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items.

Dispatch / Delivery Notification

If you are yet to receive a dispatch / delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please kindly notify us by sending an email to customercare@markangelstores.com including your order number and date.

Item Not Delivered?

If you’re yet to receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2 – 3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service. It is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure that packages are delivered once items are dispatched. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages; however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

Pick Ups

Deliveries take 3 – 5 days within Nigeria and 4 – 10days for international deliveries. (This is subject to change caused by custom protocol)

Custom Duty Charges

Almost all shipment crossing international borders (outside Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Mark Angel Store has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are custom’s responsibility.
