These two have played significant roles at different times in the history of Africa.

For instance, the Hausa and other trans-Saharan traders would use the Agbádá robe as a practical means of protection from the harsh sun of the day and sub-freezing temperatures at night while traversing the Sahara desert.

The Agbádá garment style has traveled through history and the little we could do is to embed it into this t-shirt to give you the same experience that the trans-Saharan traders had.
